Jessica Biel hails from the United States and is both an accomplished model as well as an accomplished actress. At a young age she started modelling. An award at a con led her to study acting with Young Actor's Space. In the show WB 7th Heaven, Mary Camden was the character. Despite huge acclaim however, she was concerned that her limited acting skills would be hampered by being portrayed in the Mary Camden image. The front cover of Gear magazine showcased her in a smattering of dressed so as to alter this image. Jessica's action caused much debate among her fan base. The show she was on ended 7th Heaven after performing in the sixth season. Her stellar performance as the teenage Casey Jackson in the film Ulee's Gold brought her instant recognition. Actually, the film won her Best New Actress in Supporting. Comedy film Summer Catch bears the proof of her brilliant acting ability. While she did give an outstanding performance, Rules of Attraction didn't receive much attention. The horror film The Texas Chainshaw Massacre brought her to the notice to the attention of the general public. Also, she's appeared in suspenseful films and proved herself an actor.
